I found the location very close to the metro station. The bathroom was nice and clean. Free tea and coffee were available in the room. The staff was nice.

the hotel position is very convenient. the oval tube station is nearby, so you can easily get around. local cafes offered affordable breakfasts. i found the 24-hour reception helpful.
i noticed some slight wear around the window area.

The staff provided really good service . They assisted with luggage storage after checkout. The location is excellent with the Oval station so close. My room was both clean and spacious which I find vital.
The exterior of the building looked a little tired, needing some refurbishment.
